Refund Policy
We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange or order-related queries.
Under what conditions can I return/replace my product?
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
- Incomplete order – missing products
Wrong Item Delivered
If a wrong product has been delivered or is missing, raise a replacement request within 7 days at cloud7perfumes@gmail.com or on WhatsApp/Calls at 7376676696 with the following details:
- Order ID
- Invoice
- Images or videos to support the complaint
Damaged Item
If you received a leaked or damaged product, report it within 7 days with the following details:
- Order ID
- Invoice
- Images or videos of the damage
Product Concerns
If you have a complaint about product quality, email cloud7perfumes@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp 7376676696 within 7 days with the following details:
- Order ID
- Invoice
- Images or videos to support the complaint
Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order within 5 hours of placing it by contacting cloud7perfumes@gmail.com or calling/WhatsApp at 7376676696 (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
If you refuse delivery, the order will not be returned once delivered.
After requesting a return, allow 24-48 hours for review. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
